Within the operating procedure for purchasing management there are two types of management that can be distinguished

Commercial Management

Commercial management is understood to mean the process carried out by CYLBUR with the suppliers, ranging from the initial contacts set up to the negotiations concerning various aspects of the service offered to our customers. Initially we negotiate with the suppliers of each client if they provide them, and together with the suppliers of Cylbur and also new suppliers interested in working in this dynamic, we offer the best solutions to the clients. All suppliers are valued with the same conditions of product and service quality and prices.

Administrative Management

The way of working of CYLBUR is based on a personalized monitoring methodology of each order status with the consequent immediate correction of errors. With this we guarantee full efficiency in receiving and sending orders, being a completely transparent process for the client.
